 Develops new business opportunities through extraordinary customer service and relationship building while managing allocated HIR accounts in the assigned territory. Offers supports to the store teams in achieving sales growth in a very competitive environment. Highly motivated sales driven professional that is committed to self-development through training and learning activities.

Main responsibilities :

  • Educates HIR Employee’s about terminology, features and benefits of products and installation methods in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Propose new merchandising and promotional opportunities (Cross-Merchandising, End-Caps, Stack-Outs, Dual Stocking locations, etc. to get more exposure of NOVIK product
  • Plans and conducts promotional and Contractor events at store level
  • Develops relationships with store personnel and store management by ensuring prompt follow-up of their needs
  • Develops relationships and maintain regular communication to leverage additional placement and sales of NOVIK products with HIR account Regional, District, Pro and Installed Sales personnel.


Specific skills:

  • Willing to travel more than 50% of the time
  • Experience in sales on retail stores (ex Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc.)
  • Territory covered North Toronto to Ottawa
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: starting at $55,000.00 per year and plus if experience!
